The Caroline Pagès Gallery is owned and directed by French-born Caroline Pagès. It opened in February 2007 and organises a minimum of 5 exhibitions a year on its premises, a seven-room first floor apartment situated in a 1925 building in the neighbourhood of Campo de Ourique in Lisbon, Portugal. The gallery represents established Portuguese, North African and French artists who produce painting, photography, drawing, sculpture, installation, video and public artworks. Their work is included in the public collections of Museums, Art Centres and Foundations in Portugal, France and Morocco as well as international private and corporate collections.

By forging relationships with the directors of other galleries, museums and institutions, curators, art critics, the specialist press and art collectors, both in Portugal and abroad, the Caroline Pagès Gallery also works as an agency dedicated to the organisation, production, curating, promotion and commercialisation of exhibitions by its artists outside the gallery. It also proposes and coordinates the participation of its artists in other events, such as biennials and prizes.

As part of its international strategy, the Caroline Pagès Gallery participates in international art fairs* and organises Art Tours in Portugal for international art collectors, art advisers, artistic directors, art critics, gallerists, art professionals, museum friends, art lovers and buyers. In the gallery, one of the rooms is a Guest Room which can be rented for short stays.

The aim of the gallery is to give its artists the opportunity of competing in the international contemporary art market and propose artworks that represent an investment for private, corporate and institutional collections.
